After moving to California on an O1 visa earlier this year, I've been settling into my role at Constellation. It's been incredibly rewarding to accelerate collaborative AI safety research and help manage projects that are now seeing the light of day.

I'm particularly proud of some recent research papers I've been a part of via the Anthropic Fellows program: Persona Vectors, Inverse Scaling in Test Time Compute, and Subliminal Learning. More to come soon from this first round, as well as round two kicking off in October!
